Sur La Table partners with James Beard Foundation for free culinary events

Learn kitchen secrets from the pros at Sur La Tables day of free culinary events Saturday, Oct. 10.  The events, hosted by the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America, will kick off at the store’s Perkins Rowe location at 10 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m.

Special guest Chef April Bloomfield of The Spotted Pig in New York City will be available for a cooking demonstration and book signing at noon.  Local cookbook author Kit Wohl will also give a demonstration and book signing at 2 p.m. Other highlights include product demonstrations and local artisanal tastings.
