Red Stick cooking class

Join Red Stick Spice Company and the Young Chefs Academy tomorrow, Friday, April 24, from 1 to 3 p.m. for an adults only, hands-on cooking class with a springtime brunch theme. After cooking, participants will enjoy the meal family style. On the menu? A lemon-Parmesan kale salad, curried chicken salad bites on toasted pita rounds, quiche Lorraine with tasso, fresh fruit with Earl Grey simple syrup, and a Mexican chocolate mousse.
