A white Christmas may only be in our dreams, but families can still take part in a classic winter tradition. Ice Skating on the River returns to the Baton Rouge River Center Friday, Dec. 18, through Sunday, Jan. 3. Fun for all ages, 75-minute skating sessions will be available every day except Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Tickets are $12 per person, with special packages available for birthday parties or groups of over 10 people.
