The Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra hosted its opening night gala Sept. 25. The evening included a sit-down dinner featuring a 4-course premier chef’s menu, wine pairings and special musical entertainment. The concert followed at the River Center Theatre, with guest pianist Jonathan Biss performing Beethoven’s “Emperor” concerto.
