It is possible to eat a nutritious diet and still enjoying holidays—just ask wellness coach Brittany Kriger. Better yet, take her workshop! Scheduled for Friday from 3 until 4:30 p.m. at Red Stick Spice Company, Healthy Holiday Treats will teach attendees the basics. Learn about good vs. bad fats, the glycemic index, and impediments to reaching your health goals. Kriger will demo healthy holiday recipes and offer tips for lighter baking.
