Cheers to heart health at Woman’s
February is Heart Health Month, and there’s no better way to celebrate than by taking a Heart Health Series class at Woman’s Fitness Club. Attendees will learn easy strategies to eat well and increase energy. The offerings include Increasing Your Cardiovascular Fitness on Feb. 19, Stress Management on Feb. 26, and Heart Healthy Living on Feb. 27. Each session is $10, which includes a healthy lunch.
