Shades of blue, grey and tan are taking the reigns from cream and white as top paint colors of choice this year. Local designer Rod Miller of R & D Design suggests trying Benjamin Moore’s Affinity paint in “Thunder” (AF-685), as shown on the walls in this bedroom. A soft gray with dusky undertones, this shade adds a sophisticated depth to rooms, whether used as an accent color or on larger spaces when paired with white trim.
