The buzz behind Refit Revolution
Upbeat tunes, a heart-pounding cardio workout and a fun-for-all atmosphere will all fuse next weekend as the Refit Revolution Master Class comes to Baton Rouge. This unique event is slated for Feb. 21 from 6 until 7:30 p.m. at the Warehouse at Bethany Church. The creators of Refit Revolution say that the workout, which combines cardio, toning, flexibility, balance and stretching, is suitable for any age or fitness level. Advance tickets are $15 at the Refit website; at the door, tickets are $20.
