Louisiana Book Festival

Book lovers are gathering on the grounds of the State Capitol this weekend for the 11th annual Louisiana Book Festival. Activities will be happening from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. around the State Liberty of Louisiana, the State Capitol, the Capitol Park Museum and other nearby locations. You can make a day of it. Browse and purchase books, check out workshops and panel discussions with authors, while your children take part in programs for young people. Enjoy live music, and food and drink.
