Father/Daughter Sweetheart Dance

It’s a date night for all area dads. Baton Rouge General’s annual fundraiser, the Father/Daughter Sweetheart Dance, takes place at the River Center this Sunday, Feb. 22, at 5 p.m. The event, which was first held in 1993, now draws more than 1,200 attendees each year. Funds raised benefit the patients and families served by Baton Rouge General. Tickets will be available at the door.

Girls Night Out

Grab your girls! A Girls Night Out Pop Up Market is scheduled for next Thursday, Feb. 26, at Blend downtown. Those who go can shop local vendors such as ETCH, SoSis, Kismet Cosmetics, Little Eli and many more. In addition, handcrafted cocktails and a variety of wines will be available for sipping.
