Red Stick Revelry

In search of a place to celebrate New Year’s Eve? Baton Rouge’s second annual Red Stick Revelry is the perfect party to welcome 2015. Head to North Boulevard Town Square to participate in the fun; at midnight an LED-lighted Red Stick will drop from the top of the Town Square beacon. In addition, those who go can enjoy fireworks and live music from David St. Romain and Phat Hat. VIP packages including food, beer, wine and champagne are available. Donate to Toys for Tots at CC’s

There’s still time to donate a new, unwrapped toy to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. But hurry—the deadline is this Saturday, Dec. 20. Simply drop off gifts at any one of the Community Coffee shops. They will then be sorted and delivered to children in the community.
