New clothing line at Oh Baby!

Helen & Harold’s Beautiful Beginnings, an organic children’s clothing line, is now being sold at Oh Baby! Sisters Chelsey Armstrong and Chaney McGehee joined forces to launch the line after realizing they shared a desire to carry on the tradition of handmade clothing. “After years of sketching, planning and designing, we are proud and excited to bring the timeless heirlooms of our great-grandmother to today’s market,” says Armstrong. “As an expectant mother myself, I am passionate about the quality and hand-stitched details of our environmentally friendly organic baby clothing.” The 100% organic cotton, embroidered items can be viewed online or purchased at the Jefferson Highway children’s boutique, Oh Baby!

SoSis pop-up shop tonight

SoSis, an online boutique with headquarters in Baton Rouge, is hosting a pop-up shop at Brew Ha-Ha on Jefferson Highway tonight, Dec. 18, from 5 to 8 p.m. The online retailer has been open since October, selling vintage-inspired accessories, dresses, tops, bottoms and outerwear. Baby Bump anniversary

Baby Bump Maternity and Children’s is celebrating its one-year anniversary in Baton Rouge tonight, Dec. 18. The Acadian Village shop is hosting a maternity fashion show at 7:30 p.m, but the event kicks off at 7.
