From the January issue: New year knockouts

Crossing off a whole list of New Year’s resolutions may be easier said than done, with many people in constant search for motivation and encouragement in spite of everyday obstacles. But just as the seasons take months to change, so do significant life revolutions need time to reach their full potential. To make the journey a little easier, inRegister turned to the true experts: real women who faced real obstacles and overcame them in fabulous form.

Check out our January issue to discover the success stories of three local women who decided to put their health first, using pivotal events as inspiration for major fitness transformations. Fatin Clark lost 85 pounds over eight years through high-energy workouts like tennis, kickboxing and rock climbing. Kylie Etienne got back into shape with cycling and healthy eating. Julie Longman lost weight and gained a healthier mindset after a life-altering event, and she continues to improve by teaching dance-inspired fitness classes. And all three accomplished their goals while juggling children and busy home lives.
