Try Fresh Kitchen’s new 14-day challenge

Fresh Kitchen is offering a free new 14-day challenge with charted day-by-day meal and snack plans. The challenge consists of a 1,200-calorie plan for inactive to moderately active women seeking weight loss, along with a 1,600-calorie plan for men who want to lose weight or women seeking health maintenance. Fresh Kitchen has also partnered with many local gyms, including Tread BR and Red Stick CrossFit, to pair fitness and food challenges for maximum results.
