Chelsey Laborde and her sister, Annie Claire Laborde Bass, are the brains behind the business venture. “Annie and I have been dreaming of taking this leap together for a long time,” Chelsey says. “We hope that through SoSis we can inspire women to achieve more, take more risks and shake things up—all while wearing the best fashion.”
