There is no shortage of arts and entertainment as the 2018-2019 cultural season kicks off across Baton Rouge, with organizations taking advantage of the diverse and dynamic venues across the city thanks to renovations to the Raising Cane’s River Center Theatre. From favorites like the Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre’s The Nutcracker: A Tale from the Bayou to a tribute to the late and great Whitney Houston by New Venture Theatre and so much more, groups of passionate creatives in Baton Rouge and beyond are coming together for spectacles of storytelling, artistry and personality.
