The Louisiana International Film Festival and the Irene W. and C.B. Pennington Foundation hosted a gala reception with special guest Christy Turlington Burns of Every Mother Counts April 14 at Bin 77. Turlington Burns served as executive producer for the film series Giving Birth in America, which screened at the festival the same night.
