Learn all about ferns and shrubs

The East Baton Rouge Master Gardeners are presenting a talk on ferns and shrubs tonight, March 19, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Main Library at Goodwood. Those who go will learn what exactly ferns are, how they grow—a large variety grow well in south Louisiana—and how to care for them. Which shrubs to select based on intended purpose will be the second topic of the night. Shrubs are known to be versatile and long-lasting. The public is welcome.
