“To really make my guests feel as if they were walking into a mountain chalet, I sourced a vintage sled and snow shoes from Rusty Rooster in Denham Springs. I hung mittens and added an old antique lantern. A beautiful hand-painted chalkboard completes the scene.”

“I favor fresh flowers and natural elements when designing a space. I used succulents, pinecones, moss, deer antlers, and even collard greens from the garden.”

“Why wait to use your beautiful china and Waterford glasses? Use the good stuff anytime—don’t let it collect dust.”

“The cake, by Ambrosia Bakery, included fresh succulents and fondant pinecones. Chocolate reindeer sugar cookies and wintery tree cookies added a gorgeous touch.”
