Signature Wedding: Lundyn Hunt and Tucker Nims

“My favorite aspect about our wedding is the close relationships we have with everyone who was a part in making our day so special,” explains Lundyn, who, along with her husband Tucker, selected vendors from caterer to band that had held special roles in their individual and collective histories.

“The entertainment was one thing Tucker requested on the day we got engaged,” she recalls. “Rockin’ Dopsie Jr. had to play at our reception. I booked the band the very next day.”

Lundyn’s top priority, however, was something most brides can relate to: her dress.

“Apart from having my dog Taco’s face everywhere at our reception, the wedding dress was my main focus,” says Lundyn. “Seriously, the rest of the wedding could have gone up in flames, but if I loved my wedding dress, it would all be OK.”

Another nod to the couple’s past, Lundyn selected designer Pedram Pasha Taheri to create something unique to her for her wedding day.

“I met Pedram Pasha Taheri in the earlier stages of his career and did modeling campaigns for his first couture wedding line,” she says. “His gowns are simply gorgeous! Throughout the years our friendship grew, so I couldn’t imagine anyone else designing my gown. I wanted something different and I knew Pedram would make my vision a reality. Having him see me walk down the aisle in his work was a dream come true.”
