On October 18, the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge celebrated the inauguration of the Jazz Hall of Distinction award with a reception on the Shaw Center for the Arts’ River Terrace, followed by the River City Jazz Masters’ concert at the Manship Theatre with headliner Victor Goines.
