Lighthouse Louisiana hosted its Dining in the Dark event at Galatoire’s Bistro Oct. 23, 2014 where guests wore eyeshades to experience fine cuisine without the benefit of their eyesight. The largest employer of people who are blind in Louisiana, Lighthouse Louisiana creates manufacturing jobs in New Orleans, Gulfport, and Baton Rouge.
