Dish: Leola’s ‘I’ll Have it All’ Board

The bounty of brunch items at the recently opened Leola’s Café and Coffee House makes it hard to commit, inspiring founders LeAnn and Corey Ringe to create their “I’ll Have it All” board. “It’s an easy way for someone who can’t decide to taste a lot of things,” says LeAnn, a working mom of five who launched the new spot with her husband in January.
Many of the recipes that find their way onto the board are family favorites, including the Ringes’ signature caprese salad and “bougie cado,” whole-grain toast topped with avocado and a poached egg. While the board’s contents follow the chef’s whims, there’s a good chance you’ll find fresh fruit with honey-drizzled brie, homemade garlic hummus with veggies, and samples of strata and quiche. The full-service restaurant features lots of patio seating and a bar that serves mimosa flights and brunch cocktails.
