Mommy mayhem the topic of blogger book signing this Saturday

Baton Rouge-based bloggers Audrey Hayworth and Harmony Hobbs are a powerful team, landing viral success on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The duo’s humorous, tell-it-like-it-is writing has appeared on popular websites like The Huffington Post, Scary Mommy and Today Parents, to name a few. They even have their own Internet show, Hobbs & Hayworth, on the web TV series Mom Cave TV. The pair have established themselves in the rising world of mommy bloggers and stay-at-home moms turned entrepreneurs.

Hayworth and Hobbs recently contributed to the book I Just Want to Be Perfect, the fourth in a New York Times best-selling anthology series put together by Jen Mann of the blog People I Want to Punch in the Throat. The two women will be at the Jones Creek Library this Saturday, July 30, for a presentation and book signing from 2 until 5 p.m. The two will talk about their success on both the local and national levels and answer audience questions. Books will be available for purchase.

“Our favorite humor writers are included in this book, and we are ecstatic to be among them,” Hayworth says. “This book is a witty look at the cult of perfection, and some of the funnier moments in a woman’s life that have come from failing to achieve these impossible goals. We are excited to be having our first book signing for this book at the Jones Creek Library. The East Baton Rouge Library has been a tremendous supporter of our writing careers.”

You can follow the pair on Facebook and Instagram.
